I did my training in Hatha, Yin, Kundalini and therapeutic yoga therapy. All my classes have the intention of giving the student space to actually notice what's happening in their experience and to notice what their body wants and needs, as well as working with our nervous systems. When we slow down enough and listen to ourselves, a kindness begins to root. In my experience, I learn more about myself when I have more freedom to express what I feel needs to happen rather than what I am instructed to do by the teacher. Therefore, the guidance in my classes is generally very open and encourages exploration.
