Yoga Classes
I did my trainings in Hatha, Yin, Kundalini , prenatal and therapeutic yoga therapy. All my classes have the intention of giving the student space to actually notice what's happening in their experience and to notice what their body wants and needs, as well as working with our nervous systems. When we slow down enough and listen to ourselves, a kindness begins to root. In my experience, I learn more about myself when I have more freedom to express what I feel needs to happen rather than what I am instructed to do by the teacher. Therefore, the guidance in my classes is generally very open and encourages exploration.

Women's Mindful Embodiment 8 week programs with half day retreat for stress and anxiety ~ mindfulness , embodiment and self love.
This program runs for 7 afternoons and one half day retreat. .
This yoga therapy program has helped
many people change their relationship to
stress, and dramatically reduced stress
related physical and emotional symptoms.
Through body inquiry and meditation we
will explore these themes….
Themes: Befriending the body ,
Awareness , Acceptance , Choice ,
Discernment , Truth , Truth in Action and
Flow .
Each week we will explore one of these themes
in our bodies and lives. There will be
seven classes and one half day retreat.
